DISPATCH TIME
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our facility in Pune, Maharashtra. You'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partner. Estimated delivery times:
- Pune & Mumbai: 1–2 days after dispatch
- Metro cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 3–6 days after dispatch

These are estimates — actual delivery may vary based on your location, courier load, and local conditions.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹699. Orders below ₹699 will have a shipping fee applied at checkout.

SHIPPING NATIONWIDE
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us at hello@shorprotein.com and we'll do our best to find a solution.

ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website.

DELAYS
Occasional delays can happen due to high courier volume, weather, or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out to us and we'll sort it out immediately.
