Refund policy

SHOR sells food products. By their nature, food items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered — for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we stand fully behind the quality of every packet we ship. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or in a condition that makes it unusable — we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no cost. No questions asked.

To claim a replacement:
1. Take a clear photo or video of the damaged product and packaging
2. Send it to hello@shorprotein.com or WhatsApp us at +91 96074 00111 within 48 hours of delivery
3. We'll verify and dispatch your replacement within 1–2 business days

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll dispatch the correct item immediately.

MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship it out right away.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, email hello@shorprotein.com or WhatsApp +91 96074 00111 immediately.

REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds on food products except in cases where:
- The product was damaged or tampered at delivery and a replacement is not possible
- The order was cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
